CARECONNECT+ MOBILE APP
UC Irvine’s Health introduced their first hospital app that aims to improve patient engagement and workflows. The app enables patients to easily schedule appointments, communicate directly with the nurses, and manage their appointment details. The product was rebranded as the CareConnect+ team.
